Sea Colony

Central Beach
The Central Beach area of the barrier island is a destination in Vero Beach. With wonderful shops, delightful resturaunts, beautiful beachs and parks it is one of the most prized areas on the east coast.
Anglers Cove
Anglers Cove is located in the South Beach area of the Vero Beach barrier island east of A1A. It is south of Oceanridge and north of The Moorings. There are just 21 homesites, all with deeded beach access. Most of the homes were built in the 70's and 80's with a few built in the 90's.

With just over 400 homes it is a moderately sized subdivision that provides for a high quality of life for families, retirees and seasonal residents. Most of the homes were built in the 1980's and 1990's but many have been updated. Prices range from 350,000 to 3,000,000, the higher end for Oceanfront properties.
